Kaludjerski Skokovi is the highest waterfall in Serbia.
It is located north of the small village Topli Do (City of Pirot), near the Bulgarian border – precisely, in the Nature Park Stara Planina (Serbia).
The waterfall was discovered in 2012, and with its 232 meters height (761 ft), is over twice more than the Kopren Waterfall. It was previously the highest waterfall in Serbia.
It isn’t easy to access this cascading waterfall, and it’s best to visit it in early spring when the snow is still melting. And that’s the period when the waterfall is brimming with water.
Actually, Kaludjerski Skokovi, in full, can only be seen from the air.
